Make your event
feel like a campaign
Premium Event Capture
Event photography usually ends where the work should start: a folder of files with generic names, no plan for where they go.
We build event coverage the way we build campaigns. Scope is set before the first frame, coverage is scheduled against a curated content plan, and files arrive named, tagged, and ready to use across every channel you own.
The foundation
01 - Discovery and alignment
Before anything gets scheduled, we talk through what the event actually needs to produce. Which moments are must-haves, what the shot list should cover, where the priorities sit, and how you want the files delivered once they're yours. Getting on the same page here is what everything else gets built on.
02 - Project Preparation
We collect the event details, manage crewing, and align on the file specifications and asset management requirements your team already works with. Coverage is scheduled against actual shoot needs, which keeps us from overshooting and keeps turnaround fast. Every project is custom, but the tools behind it are standardized — that's what makes the custom part efficient.
03 - Capture and Coverage
We execute the content plan on high-resolution cameras, framing for both horizontal and vertical formats so the assets work wherever they need to live. Crew and coverage scale to the schedule we set in prep, so the room gets covered without the day turning into a volume exercise.
04 - Post production and delivery
Selects are pulled and finished to a commercial standard, then delivered in the formats you requested. Files are renamed using the conventions set in pre-production and metadata is embedded, so your assets stay searchable inside your own system. Everything arrives through a custom web gallery.

DreamCON 2026
Working alongside a 25-person production crew, we identified the sessions and breakouts that mattered most before day one — then covered three days across the George R. Brown Convention Center, with a gallery that hit every priority moment and matched the energy of the event.

While I shot alongside a production crew in and around William Brice Stadium, a runner rushed media cards to an editor stationed in a production trailer at the edge of campus, where selects were culled, renamed, processed, and pushed to the client for approval before the event ended.
